Q3: Does your inks clog printhead ?
a. We know the print head is the core component of the printer, and expensive. So if we sell poor quality inks is not earn money, it is ask for trouble. Bad quality inks bleak matt, easy to break line, jam nozzle, and even hurt printer, Reduce the service life of the printer.
So we pay more attention to choose the raw materials and ink production process, our ink test and filter with strict process and then send to the clients.
b. First of all, we should choose suitable for the printer\’s ink, different inks functions are not same and use for different printer.
c. Next, we need a good printing environment and maintenance, such as close the ink cap after refill, Keep the print studio clean and dust-free. If printing quantity large, you should clean ink channel or change ink dampers regular. Keep nozzle moist, turn on printer at least once a week, in order to avoid long time turn off, the ink dry and plug.
d. Clean, Printing quality related with inks, paper, printer and system etc. sometimes, Sometimes unavoidable nozzle clogged. Even the original ink will plug. As soon as you found printhead clog, you should stop printing, and check printer head, ink cartridge or ink channel. Slight clog can clean them with ink; Moderate clog may need special cleaning fluid to shower it, if it is a serious clog for a long time, suggest you look for professional maintenance personnel for processing, do not damage other printer parts.
e. The service life of the print head also affects the print effect; choose good quality printhead as important as select quality inks.
Question 4: Can we order some sample for test?
Yes, Most of seller asks for large quantity of MOQ, We recommend our buyer order some sample at first, look at the quality first, then place large quantity, and we will apply best discount for you.
Question 5: Can we use your inks with our original inks or other inks?
Never, first, if you mix our inks with other, you cannot find the real quality of our inks;
Second, Different inks, the raw materials and technical parameters are not same, Different ink mixing capacity to produce chemical reaction, affect the printing effect, jam nozzle.
If you don’t want to waste the reset of inks, please put different inks in different cartridge.
When you change new inks, please remember cleaning ink channel and check nozzle first,
