Aluminium Eyelets
We use aluminium eyelets for four edges for all tarpaukin, do not use iron eyelets, becuase the aluminium eyelet can not rust and the iron eyelest can rust in the water or rain. The interval of every two aluminium euelets is one meter or three feet. The daimeter of aluminium eyelets is 2.3cm.
Four Edges of Tarpaulin in PP Rope
Re. the edges of tarpaulin, usually we grip the four edges of tarpailin by pp plastic rope by our grip edge machine so that the edges of tarpauin is very strong and do not easy to damage when consumer use them. wecan use thin white rope or all kind of thick ropes for tarpaulin according to customer's requirement.
Customer's Artwork and Plastic bag
Generally, We pack our tarpaulin goods by pe plastci bag (the plastics bag size is 50cmX60CM) for every piece meantime we put the artwork( customer supply the artwok sample) in every pe plastic bag, and the we seal the plastic bag by our hot machine. Every plastic bag has two air gate, finally we pack it by bale or carton.

FAQ Q1. How to pack your tarpaulin?
A: Generally, we pack our good in the same tarpaulin fabric for bale or roll or pack our goods in carton.
Q2. What about your delivery time?
A: Usually we can finish your order about 15 days for 20GP and 20 days for 40HQ.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for tarpauin order?
A: Usualy Our MOQ is 2 tons every time.
Q4. How many quantity for container ?
A: Generally, Re. the bale packing, We can load 12 tons for 20GP and 28 tons for 40HQ. Re. the carton packing, we can load 8 tons for 20GP and 17 tons for 40HQ. Re. the roll pacing, we can load 17 tons for 20GP.
Q5. How to proceed an order for tarpaulin?

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production and send the goods to you.
Finally we send the documents to you by express after we receiving the balance.
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: Our terms payment is 30% prepaymen by TT, and then 70% balance after seeing the copy of B/L or at sight of LC.
